At this time access to the educational prescription app is invite only.

To edit your display name:

1. Click on your display name (found at the top right hand side of the page).
2. Click Account Settings. The options tab appears.
3. Click on Profile (found on the left hand side of the page).
4. Enter your updated display name.

iGeriCare has been created with funding and in-kind contributions from the following: McMaster University, GERAS Centre, Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation, Alzheimer Society Foundation Brant Haldimand Norfolk Hamilton Halton, SPARK Program - Centre for Aging and Brain Health Innovation (CABHI), and Regional Geriatric Program (RGP) Central.

To change your password:

1. Click on your display name (found at the top right hand side of the page).
2. Click Account Settings. The options tab appears.
3. Click on Password (found on the left hand side of the page).
4. Enter your current password, a new password, and repeat your new password.
5. Click change password.
6. Click OK in the confirmation dialogue box.

To edit your signature:

1. Click on your display name (found at the top right hand side of the page).
2. Click Account Settings. The options tab appears.
3. lick on Profile (found on the left hand side of the page).
4. Enter your updated signature.

To create a bookmark for your web browser:

1. Using the Google Chrome browser, click on the star icon on the right hand side of the address bar or press Ctrl-D (Windows) or Cmd-D (Mac).

To create a shortcut to keep on your desktop:

1. Resize your web browser so you can see the browser and your desktop in the same screen.
2. Left click and hold the icon located to the left side of the address bar.
3. Continue to hold down the mouse button and drag the icon to your desktop.

To reset your password:

1. On the login screen click on Forgot Your Password?
2. Enter your email address and click on Send Password Reset Link
3. Follow the instructions in the email that is sent to you.

To create a prescription:

1. Click on the Create a New Prescription button.
2. Enter a caregiver email address.
3. Select individual lessons, or select all.
4. Click Send Prescription.

You also have the option to preview what the prescription looks like for the caregiver.

The education prescription application and iGeriCare website will work on desktops, phones, tablets, and any modern internet browser.
